Beginning and advanced topics on self development through the planetary archetypes of the soul styles. These courses are designed to strengthen and stretch your psychological capacities, providing tools for interpersonal relationships, and giving you an understanding of your own affinities. This is an Anthroposophic topic.
An Introduction to Soul Styles and the Planetary Influences
This course is for those who want to learn more about Rudolf Steiner’s planetary soul influences. It is an effective model for strengthening and stretching your psychological capacities, giving a framework for working with interpersonal relationships, all while being supported by planetary forces. Students have found as they go through the course that they have a deeper understanding of themselves and more compassion for those in their lives, and that they have a clear pathway for developing capacities that may once have been weaknesses. The course format includes talks, discussions, meditations, and spiritual form drawings.

Spiritual Support for Healing the Biographical Phases of Your Life
Prerequisite: Intro to Soul Styles
This course will work with the planetary archetypes to heal and uplift any wounding around the Soul Styles, any incomplete development, and residual impressions created by the 7-year cycles throughout life, and will have a special section on life beyond 63 – beyond the 7 year cycles.
Life leaves deep marks on us all, and different types of wounds occur throughout the phases of our time here. Some are personal to us, while some are relational and have affected the karma of others as well. All of these impressions are carried with us for our life review after we leave this life, along with the accompanying feelings and the effect on others, and they will be brought back into future earthly lives eventually. It is very beneficial to us to transform these impressions and heal where healing is needed while we are still here working with this set of memories and our responses to what has happened. While we can’t change events, we can change our deep feelings around them, we can work with ourselves to release hurt and see what was missing, and we can work relationally where needed. All of this frees us to live more fully into the present and future, on all levels. It makes it easier to access the beneficial Sun forces needed for our development.
